It is always important to take good care of yourself when you are in a really depressed state because when you are depressed, you can not really think clearly. You may be taking too much time for your baby and you have no more time to care for yourself, if this is the case, you should always set aside some time to care for yourself so that you can care for your baby as well because if you are not taken good care of, how will you take good care of your baby when you are feeling tired or too hungry to get up? It will be really hard for you. There are so many mothers out there who forget about themselves and just loose grips with reality and this can really make them more and more depressed as the time goes by so if you are in this state today, you should really think about take care of yourself more and seeing to it that you make time for your self.
